Anne Dalby

Anne Dalby has had the joy of collaborating with Master Singers in a broad range of choral literature, from a cappella works to major choral-orchestral masterpieces and original, contemporary works; first under the direction of the beloved JD Goddard, then Anthony Bianchi, and now Dr. Jon C. Peterson. She regularly accompanies the Chagrin Valley Choral Union under the direction of Anthony Bianchi, performing classical and sacred works. She performs and records with various artists in Northeast Ohio, including soprano Jennifer Smith, student of Heidi Skok; premiere works of local composer, H. Leslie Adams; chamber music for the Cleveland Public Library Music at Main series; various high school and church choirs, vocalists, and instrumentalists; and performs a biannual solo piano Christmas concert. She holds a Bachelors degree in Piano Performance from Millikin University where she accompanied the top choirs under the direction of Dr. Brad Holmes; opera, musical, and orchestral productions; and senior vocal and instrumental recitals. At Millikin she performed solo works in the Honors Recital, won the Young Artist Concerto Competition, and was awarded the Alice Herron Ayers Award. For five summers at Interlochen Arts Camp, she collaborated with established and budding world-class musicians for concerto competitions, recitals, and musical theatre productions. Ms. Dalby also holds a Masters degree in School Counseling from Cleveland State University and inspires the lives of students at Cardinal High School.
